Bozzuto Prospect Tracker ("the App") is operated by Bozzuto for internal leasing team use. This policy explains how data is handled within the App.

Data We Collect

The App collects prospect information that you enter manually, including:

• Prospect name, contact details (phone number, email address)
• Leasing preferences (bedrooms, budget, move-in date, pets, parking)
• Notes and apartment interest

How Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device using the browser's localStorage. Data is not transmitted to any external server, third party, or cloud service. Bozzuto does not have access to data stored in the App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any prospect data with third parties. The export/import feature allows you to transfer data between devices using a local file — this transfer is entirely under your control.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data persists on your device until you delete it within the App, clear your browser/app storage, or uninstall the App.
